Leigh Cowlishaw, our Director of Proposition – Meetings and Accommodation, has been awarded a place on the 2018 MIA List , with our Events team and Meetings and Accommodation Proposition team reaching the shortlist before narrowly missing out on an award.
The MIA List awards is organised by The Meetings Industry Association (mia), an association which supports the UK business meetings and events industry. Launched in 2011, the event has grown each year as it celebrates and recognises the best and brightest in the industry.
A judging panel, comprised of highly experienced industry professionals, selected Leigh Cowlishaw to appear in this year’s list of ten high profile individuals, and the team category was open to a public vote before winners in several categories were announced.

Representatives of the meetings and events industry gathered at the prestigious awards afternoon, which took place on Friday 2 November at The Tower Hotel, London.
